Keller Williams First Atlanta, the flagship office for KW's Southeast Region since its establishment in 1999, had been an essential incubator for successful real estate businesses. However, its remarkable story remained untold.

Extensive research and analysis were undertaken to understand how other real estate offices effectively communicated their stories online, revealing the gaps and opportunities within KW First Atlanta's narrative. The conceptualization phase focused on visualizing a brand identity that would resonate with its audience, including defining brand voice, crafting foundational brand statements, and establishing brand guidelines. This led to a robust execution phase, involving brand development, web creation, and enhanced social media strategies. As a result, KW First Atlanta's digital transformation delivered an improved web presence, a powerful lead funnel for recruiting agents, and a revitalized social media presence, effectively conveying the office's unique identity.

The visual identity needed a connection between the formal logomark, which includes ‘Keller Williams’ spelled out, and the favicon. We introduced a secondary logomark that provides focus on the office designation paired with the ‘KW’ icon.

 
 

Brand Messaging & Marketing Consulting

Photography to showcase the arrival experience and the office atmosphere. Curating a custom stock photo library that could be used throughout marketing materials, including the website, social media, and presentations.
