With an extremely tight timeline, longterm client TPA Group (along with SoHo Capital) partnered with Nimble. to consult on a new Tampa development, Heights Union. With the goal communicating a first-in-two decades opportunity to join the Tampa CRE community, we began our process with brand development. Our objective – to create a memorable brand platform to announce the 160K SF office opportunity and living tour materials that could easily adapt with architectural progress.
Drawing inspiration from the projects' raw character, we crafted an iconic H mark and selected a vibrant oxidized turquoise color that tied into the surrounding area’s industrial roots. Currently, we’re finalizing planned site signage and environmental brand extensions – connecting brand to place and proactively addressing wayfinding.
