Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (KORE) is a distinctive office Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST). In this case, these are US properties being marketed to a Singapore investment audience. 

At Nimble., we worked directly with the KORE executive team to understand how we can effectively communicate the quality of office product that KORE delivers. Knowing that the materials will be extended to a diverse audience, and translated into multiple different languages, we knew we had to showcase the level of detail and service that KORE emphasized throughout each asset with a balanced combination of people-centered photography and iconography. With that, we partnered to create a robust lifestyle-driven portfolio showcase deliverable and website, to exhibit the level of detail extended throughout each property. Generating content, coordinating photoshoots, and creating visual assets including brand styling, maps and custom icons to tell the connected story of these thirteen US office properties, across eight key growth markets with a collective value of $1.26 billion. We provided a clear market message that KORE is a trusted and proven REIT to invest in.

Over 85 icons & custom maps created to represent each market and services provided by KORE. Improving the ability to speak to an international audience and showcase the proven-value in each of the markets.
