Crown Pointe is a two building Class A office campus located in the heart of Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. The property was acquired in late 2016 with the primary objective of improving conditions and perception of the asset in the Dunwoody market. At Nimble., we partnered with ownership, leasing, property management, and the architectural teams to provide creative direction and transform the perception of Crown Pointe. This was a multi-phase project, starting with brand messaging, visual identity development, and marketing to create a compelling launch to market campaign for the future-forward vision. With this established, we were able to further define how color and materials would be used to create connected-details throughout the interiors, spec suites, signage, and wayfinding. Providing a distinction between the two buildings, delivering an improved sense of arrival and enhancing the overall experience at Crown Pointe.
