Celebration at Six Forks is a retail shopping center at a prominent location in North Raleigh. Under the active new ownership of FCA Partners with the primary goal to increase occupancy rates and revitalize the property, it was Nimble.’s objective to provide creative direction, aligning to FCA Partners’ future vision. We worked hand-in-hand with ownership, leasing, property management, and the architect to establish a strategic foundation for the capital improvements. Delivering a visual identity that could flexibly extend into marketing campaigns, as well as, paint and material specifications throughout the property. Every detail mattered and we wanted to make sure of it. Providing creative direction, showcasing opportunities to activate the space and create a destination-centric location for the Raleigh community.
